How to Collect Your Order

Collecting your currency order is straightforward. Once you’ve placed your order online, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details. Bring this confirmation, along with the debit card you used for the transaction, to our branch at 94 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth.

For security purposes, we may conduct a PIN authentication of your card, at no extra cost to you. Additionally, you’ll need to present a valid form of identification—choose from a passport, a UK or EU photo card driving licence, or a National ID card.

Please note, we can only accept the original documents; photocopies or pictures will not be accepted. Our team will then quickly verify your details and hand over your currency, ensuring you’re ready for your travels in no time.

The maximum order limit for click and collect is £2,500. For amounts exceeding this limit, visit our branch to speak with one of our professionals in person.

What Exchange Rates Are Available?

The exchange rates available are the online rates at the time of your order. These rates are secured once you complete your online transaction.

Do I Need ID to Collect My Currency?

Yes, you need to present a valid form of ID to collect your currency. Accepted IDs include a passport, UK or EU photo card driving licence, or a National ID card.

Do You Charge Commission or Card Charges?

No, there are no commission fees or charges for paying by debit card. However, your card issuer may charge a ‘Cash Advance Fee’ for the transaction.
